Purpose: Residential House
Size: 150 sqm
A two-bedroom townhouse featuring a spacious living area, executed in a modern minimalist style.
The project blends architectural expressiveness with the comfort of everyday living. The space is organized around a double-height (two-story) living room, featuring panoramic glazing and a focal zone for the TV and fireplace. The kitchen-dining area is integrated into the overall volume, presented as a monolithic composition with warm wood cladding.
The staircase serves as a sculptural element of the interior, where soft lighting emphasizes its geometry and the depth of the space. Built-in storage systems are hidden within wall panels, maintaining the cleanliness of the lines.
Natural textures of wood, stone, and textiles are used throughout the decoration within a peaceful beige-brown palette. The interior is warm, modern, and architecturally balanced—free of excess décor, with an emphasis on light, proportions, and the sense of space.
