The interior of this 95-square-meter apartment is designed in a modern minimalist style with soft Scandinavian accents. The open-plan kitchen-living area is built on a combination of deep green tones and natural, light wood veneer, creating a perfect balance between sleek rigor and homey coziness.

The kitchen unit is designed with maximum conciseness: built-in appliances, handle-less smooth facades, and integrated lighting emphasize clean lines. Open shelving adds lightness to the space and serves as a decorative accent.

The TV zone is defined by a green accent wall and open shelves, which serves as the visual centerpiece of the living room and echoes the color palette of the kitchen. Soft furniture in neutral tones and warm lighting create a peaceful, harmonious environment for family life.

The apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all designed in a unified style—with an emphasis on comfort, functionality, and natural materials.
